Sports videos are a valuable tool in helping high school
students receive scholarships. A professionally done sports video
cannot guarantee you a scholarship at the school of your choice,
but it will help you to be seen and remembered. Whether for
college or professional recruitment, a sports video on
DVD will allow a coach to quickly review any part of your video
without the hassles you have with tapes. Our engineers can add
music and a few special effects (nothing that takes the focus away
from the person in the video) that will keep the coach’s
attention. A scholarship can be worth thousands of dollars,
investing is a sports recruitment video is well worth it.
Sports videos are available on DVD, VHS tape and on Video CD.
DVDs will have an action menu for most players. This will
allow a coach to navigate the DVD easily and look at the player’s
hitting, fielding, or whatever he wants to see again without
scanning through the whole video. DVDs will be in a DVD case
with the player’s picture on the front cover, their achievements
on the back cover, and their name, position and graduation date on
the spine. CDs are generally poorer in quality and come in a
Jewel Case with the same information as a DVD case where
applicable. VHS tapes will have a good picture, with no
motion menus, and the tape will be delivered in a cardboard sleeve
with the player’s information on the spine and face.
Player’s introductions are generally shot
at our location at no charge.
If you provide the video footage:
Editing: $250 per 30 minutes of footage brought to us billed in
15-minute increments,
Scoring included ($250 minimum)
DVDs and CDs: $15 each or $10 each in quantities of 10 or more
VHS Tapes: $10 each or $8 each in quantities
of 10 or more
Example: 30 minutes of footage ($250) and 5
DVDs ($75) would be $325.
If we shoot the video:
Video (2 manned cameras) - $150/hour (1 hr. minimum)
We use 2
professional digital video cameras. These cameras will give a
much sharper picture than a consumer brand camcorder. We use 2
cameras for a couple of reasons. First, it will allow us to show
2 angles of the same play (camera 1 showing the catch and camera 2
showing the throw) or 2 angles of the same hit (camera 1 showing
the swing and camera 2 showing the ball). When we edit these
clips together, it helps the video to flow, allowing the coach to
see a complete play instead of 3 catches and 3 throws.
Editing: $250
DVDs and CDs: $15 each or $10 each in quantities of 10 or more
VHS Tapes: $10 each or $8 each in quantities of 10 or more
Example: Shooting ($150), editing ($250) and
10 DVDs ($100) would be $500.

Sample video clips do not
reflect the entire body of work. They have been modified and
condensed to be viewed on the internet. Some clips may
appear darker then they actually are and some motion may not be
smooth. Full length videos may be viewed by appointment.
