Q: How long will it take to get our wedding videos?

A: Depending upon the season and editing requirements, we can deliver your final video within 4 to 12 weeks.  Rush service is also available.  VHS orders may take a slightly longer time to process.  Previews will be made available for final approval.

Q: Will you be intrusive and distracting?

A: Not at all.  Our experience and smaller digital equipment allow us to easily move about during your ceremony and reception.  No big cameras, and no bright lights.

Q: Do you charge for travel to my location?

A: Not within 50 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.  Beyond that, a travel fee may be charged.

Q: Why not use my Uncle Charlie to shoot the video, he has a great new camcorder?

A: You can, it will save money.  Remember, cheapest is not best and the best is not cheap.  Will you want to watch the resulting video?  Good quality video requires multiple angles, quality audio, proper settings and a trained artistic eye combined with experience to perfect the craft.  When you pull this video out on your anniversary many years from now, you will want the family heirloom filled with memories that help you remember this very important day.  Will Uncle Charlie get good audio with his new camcorder?  Will you be stuck with Uncle Charlie's home movie?  Besides, he will want to be a part of the celebration and will find it difficult to stay focused on the job at hand.

Q: Are the un-edited master tapes available for purchase?

A: All un-edited digital footage may be purchased on request.
